How can we help?

All devices are determined by their serial number and for Glory Star to preform any technical support or RMA process, the serial number of the devices must be reported, and the system is able to trace back it is our partner's customers, which we will have our local partners service the end customers.

After identifying the end customer by the serial number, we will be notifying our partner and if our partners would like us to continue the tier 1 support, our team will create a case for it to support the end customer at our partner's permission.

Please register each RMA device that has been returned to you through our portal https://www.glorystartouch.com/rma, so that Glory Star can track it in our system.
